Look at mah cake! Recipe found here. All my dear friend Katie and I did was substitute the raspberry preserves with strawberry preserves and we topped it with fresh strawberries. Be jealous.
I have been vegan since February 2009, and unlike most people I wasn't vegetarian before that. I also used to absolutely despise cooking and lived off Boca chik'n patties for a couple of months before I realized that just wasn't cutting it. Now I can cook practical meals and not spend all that money on useless junk.
I have a Master's in Applied Politics (yeah, what's that?!) and am currently working in a completely unrelated field until something awesome comes up.
